November 4, 2011 -- Acculturation and Consumption: Examining the Consumption Behavior of People of Afro-Caribbean Descent in Canada by Bamidele Adekunle (University of Guelph), Glen Filson (University of Guelph), Sridharan Sethuratnam (FarmStart), and Dario Cidro (University of Guelph), was featured in the university's  at Guelph spotlight with the headline Demand for Ethnocultural Vegetables Far Exceeds Supply: New research reveals multimillion-dollar market, by Andrew Vowles.
